Carmel Village Plaza welcomes La Petite Academy to the center. La Petite Academy is now open and operating. Glenwood Development Company is excited about the success of La Petite and is looking forward to having them as a tenant in Carmel Village Plaza.
The Gym Bar and Grill

The Gym Bar & Grill make a move to Phoenix. Last week Frank Rockwell, owner of The Gym Bar & Grill signed the contract to occupy 6,640 square feet at Glenwood Development Company’s new project, CAMELBACK 101 PLAZA. Frank has plans on creating a sports themed environment at The Gym, with multiple television sets tuned to sporting channels for the sports enthusiasts. He hopes to include patio space for exterior seating and is excited about the new development. Glenwood Development Company is equally excited to have The Gym as a part of the CAMELBACK 101 PLAZA and looks to establish a long lasting relationship and be a part of the success of CAMELBACK 101 PLAZA.
Signed Lease at Higley Marketplace

Glenwood Development Company signs new lease with Indian Food Restaurant still to be named. This new restaurant will occupy 2,640 square feet just north of the Fitness Works and just south of East Valley Leather Furniture in the HIGLEY MARKETPLACE Shopping Center at Baseline and Higley Road in Gilbert Arizona. This new restaurant will feature authentic food from India with an American twist. Glenwood is excited to add more variety to the project by adding cultural diversity to Higley Marketplace and is confident the new restaurant will be a success.
Closing in on Carmel Village Plaza (Queen Creek and Gilbert)

Glenwood Development has experienced incredible success with their new development on Gilbert Road and Queen Creek Road. Leasing is now at nearly 90% with just under 5,000 square feet left.
